Our founding Director, Ashrita Patel, has 18 years of experience. She is a qualified Solicitor who trained and qualified in private practice before moving in-house in 2009. She specialises in legal, regulatory and governance matters in the financial services industry, specifically, insurance. She has held various senior roles in the insurance industry, including the role of: General Counsel, Head of Legal, Head of Compliance, Head of New Market Entry and Company Secretary.
Her knowledge, skills and experience: compliance (advisory); insurance – sales and distribution (commercial and consumer); corporate governance; company secretarial; general commercial/corporate; transformation/change management; market entry; strategy; people; Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) – Distinction (DipESG). Her market experience extends across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
